These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Five Stars Painting Restoration, Corp. (the "Site") and the contractual agreements for our General Contracting and Specialized Services offered throughout Florida.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our Site or engaging our services (including requesting a quote or booking a consultation), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use our Site or engage our services.

2. Service Scope and Engagement

General Contracting: Our GC services include, but are not limited to, project management, permitting, subcontracting, site supervision, new construction, and major structural renovations (commercial and residential).

Specialized Services: We offer in-house expertise in Painting, Waterproofing, Concrete Restoration, and Stucco Repair.

Contract: Any engagement for construction, painting, or restoration services is governed by a separate, formal, written Construction Contract signed by both parties. These Terms govern the website use and the preliminary service engagement.

3. Estimates and Quotes

All preliminary price estimates and quotes provided by Five Stars Painting are based on the information available at the time of calculation and are non-binding.

The final project price will be detailed in the formal Construction Contract, which will account for scope changes, material selections, permitting costs, and any unforeseen conditions discovered during the pre-construction or demolition phase.

4. Site Use and Intellectual Property

The content on the Site, including text, photos, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of Five Stars Painting and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without our express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Five Stars Painting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) ¹any errors or omissions in the service, except as explicitly covered by the warranties outlined in the formal Construction Contract.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services and the Site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Five Stars Painting makes no warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. All specific project warranties are governed exclusively by the formal, executed Construction Contract.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert County, e.g., Miami-Dade County], Florida, to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms.
